Subject: Shogi Timer as a PC programme?

Hello,

I would like to ask, whether there is already any PC programme
to simulate a Chess Timer or "Shogi Timer".

I imagine, it should not be too difficult to write a programme,
which displays the times and gives beeps through a PC or
laptop, and maybe operated by the two mouse buttons to switch
between the two players.
