Subject: TOURNAMENT shogi questions!!

Hi Shogi people,

We are part of a Shogi Club in Ecuador, we are organizating a tournament for
this april. Itīs the first time we make one, therefore we have some doubts
about these topics:

1. Pairing system used for it. We have Swiss pairing sistem (usually used
for chess games), is it able to use that one?? wich one do you use in your
countries??.

2. There is a format to register each game? Itīs that used in Shogi?

3. There is some rules that we need to understand:
   3.1. When a player make a move (or drop a piece) can he/she undo that
move??

   3.2. When is able to declare an draw game??

Well, those are our question, and we will really apreciate if you send us
clear answers, also any sugestion are wellcome.
