Subject: New SPEAR release

Hi all,

I have finally added a new version of my shogi program SPEAR to my
webpages. The newly added version is the version that played in the CSA
World Computer Shogi Championship this year. Although the results
weren't so good, I think the program improved over last year's version.

Note that only the engine has changed. Comments on the interface are
still on the long To-do list.
