For U.S. residents, the annual subscription rate for Shogi Sekai is about
$240.  It's expensive partly because of overseas shipment and partly
because there is a middleman, a company called OCS America, that handles
the subscription.  I believe recognized shogi clubs get Shogi Sekai for free.
