This time it were 14 participants from Moscow, N. Novgorod, Dubna, Elektrostal, Sankt-Peterburg , and Poduga (Arkhangelskaya obl.). It were 7 rounds Swiss System, 40 minutes + bayomi 1 move /1 minute. Sergey Belov 2 Dan from N. Novgorod won 7 points after 7 rounds and get Crystal Cup and possibility to take part in Japanese Shogi Festival place from Russia.
