Subject: Techunix server down on Tue 13 Aug 18:30-20:30.

Due to some hardware changes the Techunix server will be down on Tuesday
August 13 from 18:30 to 20:30 IST (=GMT+3:00). During this time
LISTSERV and the lists it serves (SHOGI-L among them) will not be
available. I regret the inconvenience this may cause.
