Dear All,

Thailand Shogi Tournament was held on March 25 at the Japanese Association
in Bangkok.  We had a fewer number of participants than usual, though we
were quite happy that Mr. Heeffer from Belgium and Mr. Will from the U.S.
participated, making it a true multi-national tournament.

The brief result (omitting B and MB points) is following:
