Please check with Larry and Asle (copied in on this mail). Based on a
statistical analysis, they have determined these values already. They
will also be able to tell you how to evaluate the games and determine
the corresponding Elo changes (this is probably easy since each game
will most likely be individually rated, as opposed to being part of a
tournament, so that you can use pre-event ratings and no iteration is
required).
