Dear Eduard,

A small addition to establishing a CSR for people without many games played.
You might ask them if they have a ShogiDojo rating. I have a (provisional)
rating of 11 kyu (sometimes 10 kyu). In 12 games this has already levelled
out quite a bit and it is a much clearer indication than my former grade of
6 kyu (dating back to 1990).
