From: Reijer Grimbergen ETL GO JP> Date: 19 jan 2001 Subject: Osho match game 2 Tanigawa just won the second game of the Osho match against Habu to tie the match at 1-1. I only saw the game on internet (http://www.sponichi.co.jp/leisure/o_syo/2001/sokuhou.html), but it looked like a fine win by Tanigawa. Tanigawa played Shikenbisha and Habu played the quick attack like in the Ryu-O match. It was a theoretical variation for a long time, but soon after that Tanigawa seemed to get the upper hand. In the end it looked like Tanigawa's "Lightning Speed" attack was just too strong. More next week in the Shukan Shogi report. Reijer
