Subject: Japanese Windows Needed

My girlfriend just arrived from Japan and I need to put Japanese
Windows on my computer so she can read Japanese language websites, do
Japanese word processing, write letters to her family in Japanese and
so on.

I have been to all the major retail stores and none of them seem to
have Japanese Windows.

Can anybody tell me how to get it?
