Fantastic! For the moment, Asle Olufsen calculates all ratings for
both the USSF and FESA, so it seems best if you sent tournament
results to Asle for the time being (Asle can let you know the format
in which he needs to receive results). This mechanism may not work
well in the future as it gives Asle loads of work, so we will look
for ways to enable everybody to calculate ratings for themselves.
