I think that the proposed time, which will be in NYC at 1am Sunday morning
(not Monday morning) is reasonable.

Also, I have consulted with the web master of the Shogi Dojo about this
tutoring and he said that it may be possible to add a archive feature for
those who cant come.

In addition to this, I informally approached a pro and got a good feeling
that he may give us the lesson for this event with simultaneous
interpretation between English and Japanese.
