Shogi.Net <http://www.shogi.net/shogi.html> is just over a year old,
but it is gradually outgrowing its infancy.

Typically, it receives about 1,000-2,000 hits a day. This week, it
varied between 2,000 and 3,000, but yesterday the unbelievable number
of 8,427 hits was recorded.

So, what can be found on Shogi.Net that attracts so many surfing Shogi fans?

First, it hosts the official sites of the Federation of European
