Dear Shogi fans,

I would like to introduce http://www.shogi.de to the world's shogi fans,
mainly those who speak german language.

http://www.shogi.de shall simply increase the number of shogi players.

It is:
-    up-to-date (without surpassing Reijer...)     :-))
-    non-commercial
-    and from now on the official www-mouthpiece of Shogi Deutschland
