Complete result of the tournament is shown on our HP, http://www.nyshogi.com/. The HP up dated every tournament result from the beginning of the classification matches toward the final match of the World Championship. Believe it or not! Daily access to the HP counted 6,600 on May 21,Sunday. 6,600 access was counted for only one day, May 21 reported by the web provider. Total 71 players participated in the tournament. None of them experienced any transportation problem at all, as the tournament committee communicated to every participant in advance and arranged car pools from the airport to Ramada Inn, Armonk, which is one of the best bed town in the suburb of New York from where many business people commute by train Manhattan everyday. The Head Quarter of IBM is located next to the hotel. More than 90% of the participants by domestic flights arrived at Westchester Airport from where hotel's courtesy bus shuttled for only 5 minutes drive at free of charge. They did not spend any penny for the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Most of the air travelers from overseas enjoyed car pool or club members' volunteered car service from JFK, Newark and La Guardia by which average cost from the airport to the hotel ended less than $35 per person. Some of the participants enjoyed 40 minutes of the train trip from Manhattan at $5 to North White Plains, where hotel's courtesy bus shuttled too at free of charge. Many participants went back home via Manhattan after sight seeing taking train at $5 to Manhattan and public transportation to the air port. Unlike the misleading made by a couple of non participants, the tournament is very proud of receiving the highest compliments and appreciation from many players, if not all, who actually enjoyed our arrangement of the transpiration. In this tournament, none of the participants encountered to the transportation trouble at all. You will soon see more than 100 pictures of the tournament on our HP. Some of them are already up dated on the HP both in Japanese Section and English section. Please see http://www.nyshogi.com/. We are proud of the success of the epoch making broadcasting, which will be the pioneer of the IT Broadcasting of board games. The tournament committee will wait for the comments of the players who actually participated in the tournament as it is the most important for the tournament committee rather than the misleading comments about the location of the tournament made by a couple of none participants.
