Twice now the organizers have deemphasized the actual location. They leave it to the interested person to try to find out where the event is actually held. They just keep saying Chicago, Chicago, New York, New York, Mayor Giuliani welcomes you to NYC. I don't know what they expect to accomplish by this. I saw that it was in NYC and discounted it.
