Subject: MSO 2000 Shogi Festival: Early Registration

Dear SHOGI-L subscribers,

On 00/05/22 at 22:46 +0200, I wrote that, in order to take advantage
of the special offer for early registration (BEFORE 15 JUNE 2000),
one must register with one's national organization.

Note, however, that this applies only to American and European
players (residents and nationals). E.g., Japanese players, who live
in Japan should register directly with me if they want to be
considered for the early registration bonuses.
