Thus I started my own litle project to create a Shogi Typesetting pacakge. Even draw my own piece symbol-font using a font conversion tool to make both METAFONT and Type-1. The font-drawing might not have been neccessary, but from what I could understand the font supplied with OhTex was not entirely free and my goal was to create a package where using and the result was free to use private and commercially. Because of lack of time (and my horrible drawing skills ;-)) this was never published, but if anyone is interested I'll search my computer at home and send it(/put it on a web-server) to them.
