Sorry there were some missing files. I do not know all the hairy details
of LaTeX. The .tfm file can now be found at:

I also found the (small) manual for using OhTeX. This can be found at:

Problem is that the manual is in Japanese and that I do not have the time
for translation at the moment. I will make an English version, but that
probably has to wait until next month. If you are really eager to try the
package before that, I think it is possible to figure out what to do by
just looking at the examples. The pieces are described as follows:

Black pieces:
FU = pawn, KY = lance, KE = knight, GI = silver, KI = gold, KA = bishop,
HI = rook, GY = king (with the dot), OU = king (without the dot),
TO = promoted pawn, NY = promoted lance, NK = promoted knight,
NG = promoted silver, UM = promoted bishop, RY = promoted rook

White pieces are the same as the black pieces with the second letter of the
piece name changed from a capital letter to a small letter. For example,
FU->Fu, KY->Ky etc.
