Rachel has created a wonderful web site and I hope everybody looks at it.

On another note, Rachel was referred to in a defamatory way in a Letter to
the Editor of the New York Press for December 8-14, 1999 page 3 entitled
"Oh, No One's Perfect".

The letter was written by Kevin Kosar of Chess-in-the-Schools. Rachel
applied to him for a job as a chess coach, for which she was well qualified.

Rachel did not get the job. Kosar calls Rachel "some 14-year-old girl from
Europe."

Actually, Rachel was 17 at the time. Kosar knew this because he made a copy
of her passport.

I am trying to figure out if I and Rachel should sue Kosar. He and
Chess-in-the-Schools have a lot of money to pay and what he said about me
was clearly defamatory. Rachel was defamed for being associated with me as
an allegedly underaged minor.

I would like opinions as to whether I should post the defamatory letter to
this group.

I just obtained a copy today, even though it was published three months ago.

The New York Press has a circulation of 250,000.
