Subject: MSO 2000 Shogi Festival: early registration due on JUNE 15

Hello Shogi fans,

I wanted to remind you that early MSO Shogi registrations are due on
June 15. Although it is not yet certain that the MSO will take place,
only those players that have registered with their national
organization (or with me if they are Japanese nationals and
residents) by June 15 will be able to enjoy the full benefits of the
special early registration deal we offer (completely or almost free
meals and accommodation, partial travel reimbursement, entry fee
waivers). In case the MSO does not take place, your registration is
void, so there is no risk in registering now.

Already 8 Americans, 2 Austrians and 7 Japanese have registered.
Based on data from national organizations, the number of ESC/MSOWSC
participants is estimated to be 83-110. This only concerns players,
who participate in the main event!
