Subject: Meijin match, game 5

The third game of the Meijin match between Sato and Maruyama was
finished yesterday. It seemed a very close fight from the R8e Yokofudori
where Maruyama just missed a single pawn to give his attack decisive
strength. Sato completes his remarkable come-back from two games down
with winning three in a row. He now only needs one more win out of the
remaining two games to defend his Meijin title. More details next week
in the Shukan Shogi report.
