Hi Doug,

You can hide CC's by using the putting the email addresses in the BCc:  box.
This is standard on most email programs, but for some reason, they aren't
given by default on Outlook Express 5.  You can add this field by clicking
on the View menu, and then selecting All Headers.  It should then show up.
You can then put all the Cc's you wish to hide in there.  For other email
programs, I suggest searching the help for Bcc.
