Hello Stephen,

could you ask Tony how much it would cost to send two copies of the new book to
Germany.
Would there be any additional reduction for promotional efforts, if I order say
eight copies that I will then try to sell to German shogi players that I meet
and that I will offer at our tournaments (in Munich in February, in Berlin in
April...)?

I will at least order two copies anyway.
