OPENING

I am pleased to announce that we have a double feature during the
official MSO 2000 Shogi Festival opening the evening of Wednesday 23
August. First, Hans Secelle (first ever European Champion and FESA
president) will present a completely new incarnation of his famous
"Psychology in Shogi" talk. Then, as top of the bill, Osamu Nakao
(6-dan pro, renowned teacher of Shogi and guest of honour of the MSO)
will present a Shogi lesson on history, title matches and other
topics.

20:00-20:15 Official opening by Marc Theeuwen, MSO 2000 Shogi Council
             president and MSO 2000 Shogi Festival director.
20:15-21:00 "Psychology in Shogi" presentation by Hans Secelle
             Introduction of Mr. Nakao by Hans Secelle
21:00-22:00 Shogi Lesson by Mr. Nakao
