Subject: MSO 2000 Shogi Festival: Entries. Yamato Takahashi.

At the moment 96 players have confirmed their participation. Will we
meet the objective of 100? I sure hope so!

88 of those 96 will participate in the European Championship/MSO
Worldwide Championship, easily exceeding the size of any tournament
ever held before in the West!

I am extremely pleased to announce that female professional Yamato
Takahashi will honour us with her presence at the MSO 2000 Shogi
festival. She will be arriving on Thursday August 24 and departing on
Monday August 28.
