Thanks. For what it's worth, I've put up my so called "Free Shogi typesetting package" on . It's not much of a package as it is barely half finished. Though it contains a shogi symbol fonts (postscipt Type-1). Be warned, the artistic quality is low! (I've drawn it myself, and am not a graphical artist at all). Also with the font (and the reason for the font) there is a postscript procset for drawing/producing a shogi board figure for inclusion in any EPS capable program. This procset should be very easy to incorporate/embed into any shogi viewing/editing program for producing an EPS print-out of a given position. (Also, the font is with *.gsf suffix, meaning ghostscript fontset. Im not sure how it will intergrate with Adobe programs. Though the script is perfectly legal PostScript and should be valid for any conforming postscript interpreter.) -- Jarl Ove Staurnes TANDBERG http://www.tandbergvision.com
