     Mike did quite well.  He scored 2 out of 5, 1 more than expected.  The
extra win was one of the greatest upsets in our records; he beat Yoshinari,
the third ranked player currently living in the United States (after me and
a Japanese youth in Los Angeles)!  He was also winning against my son, but
blew it.  Ray also did quite well, scoring 3 out of 4 with one game
postponed.  Ray could still end up as the D.C. representative, but he would
have to beat Yoshinari and then win a playoff with Koyama, another Japanese
4 Dan.
     I didn't play as I was already seeded into the NY event.
