Hello
        This is the first time that I send e-mail to you all. Let me introduce myself
a little bit. I am a Thai girl from Bangkok Thailand who also playing
Shogi. I will enter
joryuu ikuseikai or pre-professional tournament for female player next
March. I am
in Thailand right now but I will go to Japan this October. I already got
permission from
Mr. Futakami Tatsuya the head of Japan Shogi Association to go and study
Shogi there.
My master is Hiroe Nakai female professional 5 dan. And professional
players who
teach me Shogi are Kobayashi Kenji 8 dan , Ueyama 6 dan and Ohno Yaichio 6
dan.

So I just asked Mr. Ohno about how to pairing in Junisen. He told me that
we use
computer to random. There is no weight but the players whom  already played
together last year will not play together again this year. That's all.
There is no different
between people in Kansai and Kantou. That's only for shoureikai that
players in Kantou
will play with people in Kantou and Kansai will play in Kansai.
