The best solution is to setup a Linux platform to run shogi.

I like and have used the internet.shogidojo.com access in a NetWare
environment and have had no problem.  You need to set the rights for each
authorized user, however, or it can get out of hand quickly.  Also,
internet:shogidojo.com works for a device access such (internet:).
