Hi all!

I´m Gert Schnider from Graz and I founded the Austrian Shogi Association.
Yesterday we were officially recognized as a Club. We are 5 clubmembers now plus
5 other people who play shogi sometimes.

Can anyone tell me, what I have to do, that the Austrian Shogi Association
becomes a member of the European and the world organization?
