It is free and can be downloaded from his web page: http://www.club.innet.be/~jballet/ShogiViewer/ BTW, my shogi program Shocky (unreleased version of it) can save games directly as HTML pages using the Shogi Viewer Applet classes and format. It can also read several game notations (e.g. Reijer Grimbergen's shogi reports), so my software could be used to transform games from text files into web pages.
