I am not surprised by this. I had to reread the rules about re-capture 3-4 times before I had them straight. > Oops, that is correct, sorry for the mistake... I must admit that I wrote that rule 3 rather quickly as main my concern was the Lion capture condition. I apologize for the added confusion! Replacing my flawly rule 3 by yours sounds good enough to me to get a not ambiguous rule.
