The 1999 U.S. Shogi Championship story, results and tournament charts were
posted on Shogi-L on Mon, 26 Apr 1999 10:16:59 +0200 by Pieter Stouten on
my behalf (I was having some problems transmitting to Shogi-L at the time).
They can accessed by using the archives feature on Shogi-L or by visiting
the Shogi-L web mirror site, maintained by Bob Diertens, at
http://adam.wins.uva.nl/~bobd/shogi-list/

Upon request, I'd gladly send you or anyone else a copy of it but I'd
rather not repost it because it is quite long.
