If you ditch your underpowered palmtop (1/2-) and ignore the Windows
CE machines and instead buy a machine that runs DOS apps (such as
the HP 200LX), you can run GNU Shogi on it.  It always beats me, but
I'm sure I'm about 15.9-kyu level....
