    I think that shogi declined in the 80s because people got busy, etcetera.
Certainly the Vancouver shogi club drifted apart more because all of use got busy
with out own jobs and other concerns at the time all at once somehow.  A little
more likely, as there were never great numbers of us here to begin with...
