The JAVA Shogi Jun-i-Sen was started in the following web site:

The 2nd round will be started from September. Any foreign players
are also welcome if the participants could read the Japanese sentence.
We are very sorry that English service is still not available.
In S-Class player's list, we may see the several representatives of
the local state who are the real 5 Dan.
