Although I rarely speak up in the list, I have been a regular reader for
more than three years.  I look to Shogi-L for news, but of shogi learning
and not image nursing.  Those interested in the arguments between various
injured egos should be cc:'d so that the dispute does not have to be aired
ad infinitim on the list.  Cursing myself for rising to the bait of this
current "Enquirer" episode, I do so in the hope that eventually such
truly peripheral issues will vanish from what is otherwise probably the
widest read publication, the world over, of any sort on Shogi.
