Dear Shogi-L,

I have received a call from Mr. Dominique Bondurand in France.  He invites
players to play a game of shogi, Chu-shogi or Tori shogi with him.
He doesn't have access to the internet nor E-mail and his knowledge of English
is very limited.    BUT, I am convinced that Shogi itself is a universal
language and that these small points should pose no problem at all !

If you are willing to play a game with him, send me an E-mail.
I will then translate your message in French and send it via snail-mail to
France.  From then on you can send each other directly.
