The question is whether people who register for the MSO/PASC through
their national organziation, still need to register directly with the
MSO. The answer is "no." Players who simply register with their
national body play free of charge. No other formalities are required.
The national organizations just need to let me know by August 2, which
players will participate. That's all.

I was just informed that Carl Johan Nilsson (1-dan and participant of
the recent First International Amateur Shogi Tournament) and Jan
Palmgren (13-kyu) will represent Sweden at the MSO/PASC.

Persons that take MSO/PASC registrations (before August 2) are:
