It means the player took 1 minute to make their move, raising their running
total to 4 minutes.  I think the times are rounded down, so a move that
took < 60 seconds would still count as "0 minutes".  Once your time has
expired, you go into "byoyomi", in which you must make a move within a
specified limit or immediately forfeit the current game.
