Dear shogi enthousiasts,

The results of the Nijmegen tournament and the official 1st january elo
list have just been published today in my page.

Please, notice that this list can be slightly modified in the next days :
some promotions will be awarded and will be effective on the 31 december
1998. So the elo list will be updated with those late promotions. Just
wait a few days before publishing it in your magazine. If anyone sees an
error anywhere in my page, please send a mail to me.
