Kiseido also publishes many excellent Go books (not that anyone asked :-)).
They are at http://www.labnet.or.jp/~kiseido and you can order books
directly from them (I have, and they're quite prompt).  They have a US
distributor in Santa Monica so the delay in receiving books is minimal for
US residents.
