I sent an e-mail to Yahoo a long time ago suggesting adding shogi to the games area.
It already exists at Yahoo, too.  Yahoo, Japan that is:

Since everything is in Japanese, I can't tell how many users there are.
So, all that is needed is to suggest that Yahoo translate a program that already exists.
