It's difficult to translate imcomplete Japanese sentences into
English, but let me try.

Literally "best regards." But I think ,if this word are given
just before starting a game, it means something like "Let's
do our best together." or "Let me play a game with you".

>Shosinshadesukedo
"Would you mind playing a game with a beginner like me?"
(This is often a phrase of modesty. It often happens one who
uses this phrase is not at all a beginner.)

>Omatasesimasita
"Forgive me for having kept you waiting."
