Subject: Championships? titles?

I know I have asked this before and it was in fact answered before, but
could someone direct me to the information about the titles, tournament and
rankings for the top Shogi players?  I promise I won't lose it this time.

And in regards to the Shogiview program are there any games that anyone has
entered that they can share? I usually enter the ones that come to the list,
but don't circulate them because, I am unsure if there is a copyright issue
by the players of the games.  I have yet to write and find out.
