We have set up the Java Shogi server on http://www.netpoint.be/shogi
with the idea to have a server available for a possible European
tournament. If there is an interest in such an event, this list is
a good place to let it know. One of the problems with the Java Shogi
tournament in Japan were the awkward time slots. Many western players
lost their game by forfait because they miscalculated the time
differences. So tell me if you're interested in playing an Internet
tournament on a server in Europe.
