I suggest you should contact Shukan Shogi directly as I'm not sure the games in
the Shukan Shogi are public domain listings. Their e-mail address is

Incidently, Shukan Shogi is now experimentaly on the web(Japanese only. I'm not
sure if they intend to publish in some other languages which I recommended them
to do so) The top page of their site is
