Subject: Shogi View And Shukan Shogi.

Are the games in the Shukan Shogi public domain listings?  What I mean is I
am working on puting them into Shogi View 1.1's esn format to better study
them and was wondering if I could post them on the web for other parties? I
don't have very many games in that format yet but they are fairly easy to
convert from the emails and text files I have.
        I'd be willing to convert them and post them if anyone is interested.  I
don't have the time to enter them all manually and comment them.

any comments or help?
